What is included in every package?
All three tiers — Foundation, Growth, and Full Stack — include design, build, and ongoing monthly management. None of them are DIY platforms. The operating model is your choice: most clients have Titan Pulse run and optimize the systems month over month (build-and-run); others take a fully documented handover and run them in-house (build-and-transfer).
Which package is right for me?
Foundation suits single-location businesses starting with automation; Growth fits established single-location or small multi-location operations and is where most clients start; Full Stack is built for multi-location groups, hospitality ownership, and high-volume operations. Can I add custom work to a package?
Yes. Beyond the standard capabilities, Titan Pulse designs bespoke Custom AI builds for needs that do not fit a template — scoped in writing after a discovery session.
Are the packages ongoing?
Build-and-run engagements are — every system is monitored, reported on, and optimized month over month. Build-and-transfer engagements conclude with a documented handover once the system is proven in production. Either way, the specific terms are set out in writing in your custom proposal before any build begins.
