Service checklist

What we can run for you.
Tick what you would want handled.

Tick anything you would want handled and leave the rest blank. This is a menu, not a test, and most operations start with one line and grow from there. Nothing you tick is a commitment — we take your selections into a written proposal with real numbers before anything gets built.

We text only people who contacted you first or opted in, honor STOP on every message and keep to quiet hours. Your AI says it is an assistant when asked and never pretends to be a person. You keep your existing phone number. On every line: never legal advice, never tax advice or filings, never money moved on your behalf, never clinical advice, and no patient information until the compliance paperwork (a BAA) is signed. Approvals are a one-tap text or link, and everything reports through one owner report.

Recommended starting point

Start with the front desk. It is the piece that changes your day fastest, and everything else plugs into it later.

  • Step 1 — Front desk. Covers all your locations, and web chat is included.
  • Step 1b — Website, only if yours is failing on phones. If your site already books well on a phone, skip it.
  • Step 2 — Marketing and Google Business Profile, once the front desk is answering everything and you can see where the bookings come from.

We would rather get the basics right first than hand you the whole stack on day one.

Front desk & phones

Calls are handled with the consent notice your state requires; we set the exact wording with you before anything goes live.

02 / 16

Scheduling & visits

"Booked into the software you already use" is scoped per system — some vendors do not open a booking path, and we tell you which before you sign.

03 / 16

Website

04 / 16

Marketing & visibility

Marketing is never piecemeal — the pieces only work together.

05 / 16

Lead generation & outreach

We do not send cold texts. Outbound texts and calls go only to people who have given consent, and every message carries a way to opt out.

06 / 16

Lead follow-up & sales support

07 / 16

Customer support

Answers come from your own policies and records. Anything involving money moving, a legal question or medical advice goes to a person.

08 / 16

Legal-department support

Administrative and operational support only.

09 / 16

Payroll admin

Administrative work built around the payroll provider you already use — your provider keeps running payroll and tax compliance.

10 / 16

Hiring & HR support

Hiring decisions stay yours. We tell you exactly where AI is used in your process so you can make any disclosure your state's law requires, and we never screen on protected characteristics.

11 / 16

Finance & bookkeeping support

We work around your bookkeeper and CPA, never instead of them, and you make every payment from your own bank or bill-pay tool.

12 / 16

Knowledge, SOPs & reporting

13 / 16

Research & analysis

Watching the outside world for you — competitors, prices, rules and the businesses you are about to sign with. Findings and sources only; your attorney and CPA still advise.

14 / 16

Compliance & documentation

We track, draft and keep the records — a human signs off. Never legal advice. When an inspector, insurer or auditor asks, we hand you the binder.

15 / 16

Back office & operations

16 / 16

Industry add-ons

  • Hospitality & property

  • Healthcare & real estate

Where should we reply?

What we do with this: we store your selections and contact details so we can reply about this request, and for nothing else. We never sell or share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Nothing you tick is a commitment. We turn your selections into a written proposal, and nothing is owed until you approve it.
